Mark A. Bate is the president and founder of Real Success Partners, a company dedicated to leading businesses to the simple truths that drive success. Prior to starting Real Success Partners, he held VP, EVP, President, and CEO roles across four industries within Fortune-50 companies of DuPont, Conoco, and Fortune Brands (MasterBrand Cabinets) and PE held private business Nudo Products, Inc. He earned an undergraduate degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas and his MBA from Houston Baptist University in Houston, Texas.
As a lifelong Christian and student of business, he is passionate about helping leaders to face the realities of their businesses and create an environment of collaboration and straight-talk within their organizations that drive personal and company success. He does so with a unique blend of fact-based analytics combined with simple, eternal truths learned from our parents or grandparents and in church. He lives with his wife and family in Indiana.
